Liz Price
Liz Price is a Senior Research Fellow at Lincoln International Business School. She conducts research into regional and local economic development, rural broadband, skills and labour markets, and business support.

Herbert Mapfaira is a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management in the Department of Management, Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln. He teaches modules in operations management and project management.

Chang Ge
Chang is a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing, Tourism and Languages, Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln. She also acts as the College Digital Lead for Lincoln International School of Business, supporting and mentoring faculty and students through the use of creative technologies and innovation in teaching and curriculum design.
Visiting Senior Fellow and Advisor to COM3 Pilot
Dr Eliseo Vilalta-Perdomo
Eliseo Vilalta-Perdomo is a visiting senior fellow and advisor to COM3 Pilot. His research concerns the development, implementation and evaluation of different human/digital interfaces that may increase the propensity of individuals to collaborate and deal with complex situations.
Associate Professor and Programme Leader in the Department of Accountancy, Finance and Economics
Dr Geeta Lakshmi
Geeta is an associate Professor and Programme Leader in the Department of Accountancy, Finance and Economics at Lincoln International Business School. She has published papers and projects with students on employability and her practical experience as an active member managing a community turbine has provided fodder for further research on how performance measures should include metrics beyond the financial ones.
Director of Innovation and Impact
Dr David Twigg
Dr Twigg is a Director of Innovation and Impact. He has taught and researched across the fields of technology, operations and innovation management,focusing especially on product and process technology management. Current research interests are focused on Industrial Digitalisation (Industry 4.0) especially for SME's, and startup/accelerators in both urban and rural areas.
Post Doctoral Research Associate
Dr Lilian Korir
Lilian is a Post Doctoral Research Associate in the Lincoln Institute for Agri Food Technology (LIAT). In this role Lilian support projects that examining the impact of new technologies, particularly robotics and artificial intelligence systems, on the agriculture sector in the UK. She is a recent PhD (in Economics) graduate of University of Lincoln.
Marketing Officer
Hanna Pimanava
Hanna is the Marketing Officer for the UoL 4.0 Challenge Project. She is a recent graduate of the University of Lincoln, with BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and most recently MSc in Marketing. She is responsible for the promotional element of the project, liaising both with the local SMEs at the initial stages of the project and students’ project groups to report on their progress.
Marketing Assistant
Armin Noori Asiabar
Armin is a recent MSc Marketing graduate from University of Lincoln. He is responsible for monitoring social media accounts, creating content, writing targeted content for the blog, and all promotional activities of UoL 4.0 Challenge Project. Additionally, he is collaborating closely with students to help them start their digital storytelling journeys.
