UoL4.0 Challenge is a challenge-based teaching and research project aimed at bringing together the University of Lincoln students and Lincolnshire businesses to tackle real-life industry challenges. The main goal was to enable a collaborative learning platform where all participants (businesses, students and academics) could work together to identify how digital technologies may positively impact Lincolnshire’s economy. The challenge will allow students to work on real-life technology-based challenges and identify possible solutions, develop 21st-century skills and share the experience with academics and members of the Lincolnshire industry.
